  • Thai Herbal Steamer

    The Thai herbal steamer is a traditional device used for steaming medicinal herbs, providing a wellness experience through heat and aroma. This method promotes muscle relaxation and improved circulation while purifying the skin.

    NOTE: And add we have Saturday morning Thai herbal sauna and ice bath. Other days have to book in advance
    Saturday morning price: 150thb for people that train Muay Thai. For Weekdays booking in advance, is required . Price 450thb per person

    - 450 THB per time ( Sauna and Ice Bath, together )
    - 150 THB per time ( For people that come to train Muay Thai )

  • Outfit

    Obligatory outfit with a towel or a Sarong for the use of our thai traditional sauna ( rental available 50 THB )

  • Weights & Equipment

    Bodyweight and fitness equipment: 150 THB per time or 900 THB a month.
