Thai Herbal Steamer
The Thai herbal steamer is a traditional device used for steaming medicinal herbs, providing a wellness experience through heat and aroma. This method promotes muscle relaxation and improved circulation while purifying the skin.
NOTE: And add we have Saturday morning Thai herbal sauna and ice bath. Other days have to book in advance
Saturday morning price: 150thb for people that train Muay Thai. For Weekdays booking in advance, is required . Price 450thb per person
Ice Bath

- 150 THB per time ( For people that come to train Muay Thai )
Outfit
Obligatory outfit with a towel or a Sarong for the use of our thai traditional sauna ( rental available 50 THB )

All of our sandbags are FREE to use
Note:The training fee is 500 THB per session, which includes the use of equipment such as gloves and shin guards. For those on a monthly subscription, personal equipment is required. However, there is an option to rent equipment at a rate of 1,000 THB per month
