Starting in December, we're introducing two new sessions :

🥊 Endurance Circuit & Muay Thai Session: This outdoor training circuit combines cardio and Muay Thai techniques to build stamina and strength. Don’t forget your sneakers! Join us once a week and experience Muay Thai training in a fresh setting.

💪 Strength & Stretching with Coach Thanda: Whether you're training Muay Thai or just looking to improve flexibility and build strength, this class is for everyone. Coach Thanda will guide you through a full-body workout and deep stretch session twice a week.

Muay Thai Class Schedule – Plai Laem:

Group Lessons:
Every day except Sunday
🕗 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM
🕔 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
(Drop-in class, no booking required)
Currently, we do not offer special classes for children at Plai Laem, but feel free to contact us to discuss if it’s possible to integrate them into adult classes or, if there are several children, to create a dedicated class for them.

Private Lessons:
Every day between 9:30 AM and 3:30 PM
Sunday: All day
