GROUP LESSONS

Our group classes are open as drop-in sessions and last 1h30. Training includes warm-up, technique, pad work, and conditioning.

Sparring and clinching take place at the end of the class, but participation is optional.

All levels train together and our trainers are experienced in adapting to mixed groups.

If it’s your first class or you are a beginner, please let us know so we can give you extra attention

PRIVATE LESSONS

Our private sessions offer personalized Muay Thai training tailored to your level and goals. Each session lasts approximately 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes.

Whether you are a beginner, want to improve your technique, increase fitness, or prepare for competition, the trainer focuses entirely on you. Sessions include pad work, technical correction, conditioning, and detailed guidance to help you progress faster.

FIGHTER PROGRAM

Our Fighter Program is designed for those who want to train seriously and push their limits. This is an intense and disciplined program focused on performance and fight preparation.

The program includes daily running, strength and conditioning sessions, and two training sessions per day. Fighters receive dedicated coaching, technical development, and full support inside the ring.

This program is for motivated athletes ready to commit, work hard, and improve at a high level.
