Camp Updates: New Classes!
We’re excited to announce two new classes at Chor.Ratchawat Muay Thai Gym!
Starting soon, we will be offering a Muscle Strengthening and Stretching Class twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 10:00 AM. This class is designed to improve flexibility, build strength, and enhance overall physical balance – perfect for all fitness levels.
Additionally, every Wednesday, our Muay Thai training will be in a Circuit Training Format, combining Muay Thai techniques with endurance exercises. Part of this session will take place outdoors, so please remember to bring appropriate footwear.
