Specialized Endurance Circuit every Wednesday. This session is designed to elevate your stamina and conditioning, combining traditional Muay Thai techniques with high-intensity endurance exercises. Part of the training will take place outdoors, so don’t forget to bring suitable footwear!
This dynamic class aims to push your limits, improve cardiovascular strength, and take your Muay Thai skills to the next level. All fitness levels are welcome!
